Fresh Meals: All meals are COOK TO ORDER. There are no preservatives or MSG. The freshest ingredients are used. All Items are cooked thoroughly and frozen to prevent parasites. It also proven that once items are cooked and then frozen it will completely prevent any type of parasite so in essence you are giving yourself a cleanse at the same time.
Portion Control: A plan to eat healthier. It is proven that several portion controlled meals a day keeps your metabolism active, which helps you to lose pounds along with an exercise program. We recommend Curves Workout Facility near you. It is also proved that frequent amount of meals, such as ours, prevent heartburn and acid reflux.
All the Food You Need:You purchase a 5 Day, 7 Day or ala carte Plan which includes: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Sides, Snacks and Desserts.
With All the Food You Need: Along with this Plan, you should have a fresh salad with your meal. It is suggested to have a Protein Shake, at least one per day, as a meal replacement, making one of your 6 meals a day. This is to speed the digestive process and helps to stimulate metabolism.
Delivery of Food: All food is delivered fresh frozen in 2 bags. One for freezer and one for refrigerator. It is suggested to put half of your food in your refrigerator that you would like to eat first for better microwaving. Always remove wrapper and microwave in a microwavable plate. If you take it right from the freezer remove from wrapping and set microwave on 2 minutes on defrost and 2 minutes plus on cooking, microwave ovens vary.
Packaging: We seal your entrees and sides for freezer longevity and easy removal of wrapping.
